Hi, All -- we're Elizabeth (she/her) and Leo (he/him). We're moving from the west coast to NYC and looking for a quiet, furnished sublet to serve as a home base for 1-3 months as we scope out neighborhoods.

Need to move-in by 9/6.

We're clean, respectful non-smokers who remove our shoes whenever we come into the home and can help take care of any plants if need be. We do have a very sweet and well-behaved dog named Rue whose paws and body are cleaned every time she returns from a walk.

Our location is flexible. Interested in Williamsburg, Greenpoint, Park Slope, Brooklyn at large, LES, West Village, and Greenwich.

Budget is flexible and dependent on location. Can provide references, proof of income, professional profiles, and video chat.

We're an easygoing couple in our 30's from the west coast. We've spent almost every summer in NYC and are now looking to make a permanent move. We love trying new food, going to live music shows, snowboarding, camping, cooking, art, video games, and a balance of happy hours/binging shows at home.

Eli is an art director working in advertising. Leo is a software engineer working in tech. Rue is a real big napper who loves people and other dogs.
