Hello! We’re a professional couple (marketing + tech) relocating from Berlin to New York in mid-December for work and family reasons. We’re looking for a bright, comfortable 2–3 bedroom apartment near Prospect Park in Park Slope, South Slope, Prospect Heights, or nearby, walkable neighborhoods.

Our ideal place would have good light, an open and updated kitchen, an in-unit washer and dryer, modern amenities are a plus, and an overall calm, homey atmosphere. We’re open to furnished or unfurnished places and flexible on lease length (minimum 6 months). Budget around $5,000–$7,000/month.

We’re responsible, tidy tenants who will treat your home with care and respect—and we can provide excellent references.

We’re Jenna and Arthur, a professional couple (marketing + tech) relocating from Berlin to New York in mid-December for work and family reasons. Arthur is originally from New York, and Jenna lived there briefly before—we’ve spent the past decade building our life together in Berlin, enjoying life in Europe. We’re expecting our first baby in early March and will be joined in New York by our small, well-behaved miniature poodle (he’s hypoallergenic and house-trained). We’re responsible, tidy, and considerate tenants who value a warm, peaceful home and will care for yours as if it were our own.
