Hi! I’m looking for a 2 mo furnished apartment sublet in the above area from sep 1 - Oct 31. Ideally a 1-2 bed room from someone who is comfortable with my two children, aged 3 and 6, visiting and staying with me for 3 nights per week.

My ideal layout is in a smaller building with neighbors comfortable with a sub letter staying in the building, with good natural light, quality AC throughout, and a decent size kitchen as I cook most of my meals. ++ if there is Washer/Dryer in the unit but not completely necessary. I prefer to rent from someone who keeps their place tidy and expects their sub letter to do the same.

I’m a 38 year old self employed straight male (he/him) that is currently trial separating from my partner, whom I share two children with, thus the need to be in these specific neighborhoods during this time.

I’m hoping to spend less than $4k per month. I’m neat and don’t smoke or drink and do not come with pets, however, If you are pet friendly my family does own two small French bulldogs so they could spend time with me if approved by the owner/current tenant.
