Hi, I am a professional coming in town to work at office downtown. I am looking for furnished 1 bedroom in Manhattan to stay at temporarily. No roommates, looking for reasonable commute to midtown, preferably Upper West Side, Upper East Side, or East Village - proximity to a park for daily walks is a plus!

I have a small 15 pound Australian terrier who is hypoallergenic and does not shed any hair at all, no odor. I will be dropping the dog off at a doggy daycare while I work and the dog will be with me at all time otherwise.
