Room Details:

* Room one is smaller and features a skylight for natural light. It includes a closet and can comfortably accommodate a queen-sized bed and a desk. There is also space for additional furniture.
* Room two is spacious with plenty of sunlight from three tall windows. It includes a closet and can comfortably accommodate a queen-sized bed and a desk. There is also space for additional furniture. Room 2 also has access to a fire escape

Both rooms also have access to an additional closet in the hallway.

Located in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn, It's an approximately 8-minute walk to both the C and J trains, and there is bus access to the L train. The building is a three-floor walk-up, but it does include a shared washer and dryer in the basement for convenience. The price of rent also does not include any gas, electricity or wifi.
