I am seeking a min 2b/2b ideally in Williamsburg or Greenpoint but open to other bk or nyc neighborhoods. This is for me, my 21 month old, my husband and our small French bulldog. Washer/dryer in unit. Ideally darkening shades in bedrooms so it’s easy for the baby sleep. We will keep the space very clean! I am seeking first 3 weeks in September but could take the whole month if preferred. Preference for renovated / or newer amenities buildings. Budget flex $7K-$11K.
