I am looking to sublease a 1 bedroom/studio apartment for roughly one month from end of December through January. My dates are flexible. This is for my mother-in-law to come stay nearby to my husband and I when we are having our baby.

The tentative dates (which we are flexible on) are Dec 28 - Jan 31. The desired neighborhood is Clinton Hill/Fort Greene.

We are looking for solo occupancy, so not a shared space.
