Hello!
My name is Jorgie, and I am an artist and executive assistant, and have lived in NYC for about three years now (and love it). Before moving here, Philly was my home.
One of my current roommates is having company November 7th - 11th, and I am hoping to find an apartment to sublet for that time to give her some space, and to get away for a couple of days. My budget is limited, but if you have space open, I am open to negotiating! I can also offer payment via giving your cat some company, short-term administrative support (I can book you appointments, organize your chaotic Google Drive folders, plan your trip upstate, etc.), taking updated portraits of you, organizing your junk drawer, and/or taking your mail in.
Ideally, this is a whole apartment, i.e., just you living there. Other than that, I don’t care how big or small it is, what the amenities are, or where it is in nyc. I am a very clean & neat person, and aim to leave spaces I enter in better condition than when I arrived! It will be like no one was there!
If you have in-unit laundry, I am more than happy to wash and dry/fold all linens I use, and make the bed up again before I leave.
I’m an artist and executive assistant living in NYC. My practices are focused in mindfulness, curiosity, and slowness. I enjoy cooking, writing, reading, a good movie, and watching the way light shines through tree branches.
I’m vegan (though don’t care if you aren’t!), and would be pleased to bake some (pre-made cookie dough) cookies and leave some behind for you! (I am not the best from-scratch baker).
