Looking sublet a private room or a solo apartment in Berlin for all of September. Preferably in Friedrichshain and Mitte as that is where my friends I am visiting are. I need wi-fi as I am working/taking zoom calls/studying.

Hi, I'm Charlie!

I am in Berlin after completing a playwriting residency in Italy earlier in the month of August. I will then stay with a friend from the 19-23rd, and afterwards am looking for a housing situation for all of September.

I am working on writing a long-form so I'll need wifi to take zoom calls. I need space to drink coffee in the morning and to work quietly, and often. I write sci-fi, culture pieces, and other narrative work.

At all other times I'll be social (but outside the house), and exploratory. It would be nice to be able to have a single visitor over, but no parties. I'll also be seeing a lot of Germany, going to museums, catching up with circle of friends (who are in Friedrichshain), and sleeping.

Other things about me, I'm: USA. English-speaker. LGBT. Before this I have lived in North Carolina, California, and Los Angeles. Not a smoker.

Able to provide credit cards, bank statements, proof of income, etc.
