I’m a photographer currently based in Williamsburg, and I’m looking for a new space to use as a photo studio. I’m also open to the idea of sharing a space, as long as there’s decent room for equipment storage or an office area available.

Ideally, I’d also love to use the space as a rental studio when it’s not being used.

* Williamsburg / Manhattan only
* Elevator building
* Long-term lease
* Solid, level flooring (concrete preferred)
* Open layout with high ceilings (12 ft or higher preferred)
* 1,100 sq ft or larger
* Wet pantry
* Private restroom preferred
* Budget: $4,500/month or under
