Hello! I am looking for a pet-friendly studio in park slope, boerum hill, clinton hill, fort greene, crown heights, prospect heights, or plg. Ideally, I would like a lease takeover or a new lease. I am coming with a medium-sized (30 lb) dog. My budget is around $3000. I can be flexible on move-in for the right space, but I would prefer a lease start date of late July. I would prefer an in-unit or in-building washer/dryer.
