Hello!

I’m a 38 year old woman looking for a home. I’ve been in NYC for 15 years, working as a documentary video editor, and recently transitioned into a career as a mental health counselor, working in Greenpoint. I am very responsible, driven and care deeply about community.

Ideally, I am looking for a long-term studio or 1 bedroom apartment near Greenpoint/Williamsburg, with a budget under $2,000 (other locations welcome). I don’t require many amenities, though I do love natural light. I’m very tidy, friendly, and keep noise to a minimum, and I can be flexible with move-in timing (earlier or later than Dec 1st).
