Hi there, I am a 23 year old male seeking a flexible subletting/roomate situation, ideally for a room in the East Village or LES area.

I like to keep a clean space/room, and work hard to ensure shared spaces are kept clean and in order! I don’t mind if you host people, as long as it is reasonable, and of course would love to get along with whoever I room with.

I am seeking a move in date of November 1st, at the earliest, and would love to hear from anyone if they are seeking something similar!

I have a Queen Bed and Desk for when I work from home (usually twice a week), so I would need the room would fit that! Other than that I have a pretty small wardrobe and don’t need a ton of extra space.

I have all my own cooking gear as well, but a decent sized kitchen would be great too as I love to cook!
