Spacious 1 bedroom on the LIC waterfront. I'm visiting family for six to eight weeks starting in the New Year and am looking for someone to stay at my place who can water the plants. I keep the apartment very clean BUT i live here with two cats and a dog so not a good fit if you suffer from allergies.

I plan to take them with me, but am willing to negotiate the rent if you are open to cat sitting!
