I'm an arts director and working on a new construction and design project near Cornwall and would like to caretake a cabin/house as I oversee construction. The dates are flexible.

It'll just be me. My main requirement is closeness to the west side of Connecticut / Berkshires of MA. Near Cornwall, Kent or Great Barrington would be perfect. The other requests are light, high ceilings, quiet.
