Hi! I am seeking a short/mid-term (open to long if it is a good fit!) rental that is dog-friendly and well maintained. I'm super flexible on location other than DTLA. Ideally would love to be in an area where hiking trails/parks are easily accessible since I spend a ton of time outside with my puppers! Parking would also be stellar!

I'm very simple and don't need a super high end space but I do have some environmental sensitivities that trigger asthma and allergies (mold, dampness) so it's important that there isn't any major water damage history or active leaks. I am very clean and have all the HEPA stuff to maintain a clean environment and care for your space! My lease on my brand new ADU unfortunately went down the drain after two months due to flooding issues that have taken 3+ months to repair and it's been decided that I will not be able to stay there hence the search!

My puppers are absolute bundles of joy-- the older one gets to live the best of both worlds (is co-parented between myself and my ex) so about half of the time it would just be the smaller dog staying with me. They are well-behaved, house broken, don't destroy anything other than squeaky toys, and will definitely earn the adoration of your neighbors if you have any!

I'm a fitness instructor and bartender and that allows me to have a very flexible schedule to be with and care for my dogs, whom are my life :) I take that very seriously, especially coming into someone else's home <3

-Lots of natural light
-No carpet (allergies)
-Backyard
