The available bedroom is the slightly smaller one of the two at 11'8" × 10'5" with its own closet. The room comfortably fits a full bed (could squeeze a Queen), small nightstand, and dresser with space for a small desk or additional storage. Small closet in room as well with additional storage space for clothes and shoes just outside the room in the hallway.

The apartment features:
-Private backyard with garden.
-Large, bright kitchen.
-Living area with separate dining room and living room. Most of the basic furniture is here but willing to collaborate to make a chill, cool space.
-Pets not allowed by landlord.

-Laundry - Wash and fold within 1 block. Large laundromat within 4 blocks.
-Quick walk to restaurants, cafes, and shops.
-2 min walk from F/G Church Ave stop. Close to numerous bus stops and citibike stations.

Hellooo, I’m in my early 30s and work in post-production in the film and television industry by day. I work a standard 9-5 schedule on site at my studio in Manhattan. Will have the occasional WFH but it is rare. There is space for a desk set up in the common area for someone who regularly works from home.
