I'm moving out of my 2 bedroom apartment in Greenpoint and am hoping to find a studio or one bedroom in Brooklyn to live in by myself. Flexible on location, and open to taking over someone's lease with the option to renew.

My current lease is up at the end of September, so I need something by Oct 1. But I am flexible on move-in date for the right place.

I'm looking to enter into a year-long lease with the possibility of renewal after a year, ideally around $2k/mo, but I have some flexibility on price.

Not looking for a roommate.
