Hi!

My fiancé and I are looking for a dog-friendly studio or one bedroom to sublet from November 1st through the end of the month, ideally under $3000/month (we could also do weekly). We are open to furnished or unfurnished.

We are in between apartments (we have a new place but it won't be available until December, possibly end of November), and our current lease expires at the end of October.

We have two very small, very quiet, very chill, fully house-trained dogs. The challenge has been finding a sublet that is both within our budget and dog friendly. I've had a wonderful experience with The Listings Project in the past, so I thought I'd try posting on here!

A bit more about us—we are both kind, clean, friendly, responsible people. We are quiet and low-key at home, very respectful of neighbors, and neither of us smokes or does drugs of any kind.

I'm a writer, editor, and photographer, and my fiancé is an artist. I've lived in NYC for four years (Williamsburg and Greenpoint), while my fiancé has lived here for twenty years (East Williamsburg and Bushwick).

We'd prefer to sublet somewhere in the Williamsburg, Greenpoint, or Bushwick areas, but we'd consider anywhere in northern/central Brooklyn that is close to a subway stop.
