I am looking for a studio , 1 bed or room to sublet unfinished or furnished while I complete my final semester of nursing school here at NYU. I have great credit and truthfully my income comes from my scholarships and loans( I’ve been able to pay for my dorms about $13k per semester with no issues) . I can show proof I will be able to afford the space If granted.

If I can access the train to easily get to class and clinical rotation I would be okay with commuting.

My budget is only $1700 (before utilities)

My name is Leah. I am a dedicated and driven nursing student currently pursuing an Accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) at New York University. I also already hold a bachelors of Science in Individualized studies. I am approaching my final semester this fall and would like to live off campus so that I am closer to the community clinical sites I have my hopes of serving. I am a non-smoker, play soccer in my free time and watch a lot of movies. I lived in Buffalo NY prior to my move to NYC for school and a refugee prior to that.

I spend most of my time in class or at clinical rotation so I’m very quiet and clean person.
