I’m seeking one female roommate to share a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment on Butler Street in Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh, PA.
Each bedroom has en-suite bathroom. The apartment is on the third floor (top floor). The building is brand new with 8 units in total. The apartment is bright and spacious with a lot of windows overlooking Butler Street. The apartment has an in-unit washer/dryer and a dishwasher.
Parking is available on the side streets with a permit while the building parking lot is under construction. The lease will be up for renewal on June 1, 2025.

I am a 25 year old creative professional woman raised in Sewickley, just outside of Pittsburgh.
I keep my living space very organized and clean. I am looking for a roommate who will do the same.
