House is furnished, but definitely has room for some extra furniture. Bedroom is unfurnished. Room is about 12x10 with built in cabinet and deep closet.

House has in-unit washer and dryer, but no central air.

Street parking only, but it's not hard to find. (No street cleaning in the area.) Small garage but it's only for storage.

There is a two-month deposit (this is an old ongoing lease so the new rules regarding deposits sadly do not apply).

Accessibility: This building has five steps up into a courtyard and three teps into the home, so not accessible, unfortunately.
