You'd share the house with me and my sweet, two-year old, medium-size dog. Perfect for a city escape, writer's retreat, or low-key house share.

The house has two queen bedrooms, one guest room with a queen pull-out sofa (and comfy memory foam mattress), and two office spaces. Fully furnished, with tons of amenities:

- Large primary bedroom with ensuite and garden tub

About This Lister

I am a 45-yr-old queer (they/she) writer, researcher, educator, and activist. I am based in Brooklyn usually, but will be upstate full time for the length of the sublet. I work from home, but since the house has two office spaces and plenty of room, it's ok if you do too! I'm very experienced at living with roommates and can get along easily in a shared setting. My dog is impossibly cute and sweet. She's way more into other dogs than people, so she won't be on top of you, but it'd be great if you were a dog lover so we all feel comfortable sharing the space.

I like sharing homes with people who care about making their home an oasis, are direct communicators, easy going, clean, and respectful. Also, I'll be renting the owners' car for the length of the sublet and if you don't have a car, I'm open to sharing.
