I (28w) and my cat love the place and are looking for a roommate for the second bedroom (unfurnished). Ideally you would be formally added to the lease in Dec! For now, subletting.

The apartment is set up railroad style so the bedrooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. It’s a third floor walk-up. Has hardwood floors, gas stove, several windows throughout, & good sound dampening - I rarely hear neighbors. No dishwasher, laundry, or central air (I have an AC in the living room).

The apartment is in a great location. It’s a quick walk to Maria Hernandez Park, the DeKalb L stop, and the Central Ave M. The building is on a corner (extra natural light) and right next to a deli. It’s a smaller, quiet building with only 5 units.

Photos include views of the entry room, bedroom, private bathroom, kitchen, and living room. My roommate fit a queen size bed, dresser, and desk in the bedroom without difficulty. The bedroom also has a very deep, spacious closet & a skylight!!

No more pets unfortunately.
