at the moment, i am looking for someone to rent a room that is opening up at my place in ridgewood. the room that is opening up is currently my office/library, which i will take out the furniture and move into a different room. there is also an upstairs area that could serve as a bedroom or studio as well. the space has a lot of privacy and space.

i'm looking someone who is creative. i need someone who is respectful, tidy, likes dogs, absolutely no drugs and inclusive. ideally i am looking for someone in their 30s, quiet and does not bring the party home.

i give priority to queer women artists but anyone is free to apply. because of this unique housing situation (place is massive, rent is great, neighborhood is also great), i will be conducting interviews for the right person.

landlord requires security deposit, background check, proof of income, great credit, 3 references.

house comes with washer and dryer, dishwasher, car garage, back patio with fire pit. room will not be furnished. 5 min walk from forest ave M subway. coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores are all over. close to hetman's deli, valentino's, salvo, variety coffee.
