My partner and I are looking for a long term 1bd (big enough for desk/office space) or a small 2bd apartment. We're looking for a place with charm and that ideally has a small landlord/rented by the owner. We'd love to know our neighbors and our landlord, so I thought posting here could be a good shot (though I know it is early).

Our budget is up to $4000/month

We have good credit, good savings, and make 40x rent. We know the summer rush is going to hit soon, and would love to connect early with a landlord to sign a lease sooner rather than later!
