Hello! I’m a classical guitarist and teacher looking for a small studio or quiet room to use for private one-on-one lessons. I’d be using the space myself and may occasionally share it with another teacher. I’m open to starting short-term with the hope of extending to a long-term arrangement if it’s a good fit.
Neighborhoods:
Park Slope, Gowanus, or nearby.
Space Details I’m Seeking:
• Size: A room big enough for 2 people (fitting in two chairs, two music stands,
• Layout: A simple, quiet, private room—no special build-out needed.
• Furnishings: Either furnished or unfurnished. A couple of armless chairs would be helpful but not required.
• Shared spaces are welcome as long as the teaching room can be reliably reserved.
• Clean, low-impact use: Classical guitar lessons are quiet to moderate in volume (no amps, no heavy vibrations, no dusty or messy materials).
• I keep my space neat and organized.
Term:
Open to short-term at first, with interest in extending to long-term.
Amenities:
Wi-Fi, heat/AC, electricity, a bathroom in the building. Access to a waiting area or small common area is a plus but not necessary.
Price Range:
Flexible depending on size, privacy, and access. I'd love to work out an hourly rate at first and then if everything works out, arrange for something monthly.
If you have a calm, reliable space that could work for music teaching, I’d love to connect. Thank you!
