My name is Iyana, and I’m looking for a long-term place to live in London starting asap–early April. I recently started a new role at a non-profit based in the UK, and I’m hoping this community can help me find a home as I make my move back.

What I’m looking for:

- Studio or 1-bedroom (mezzanine would be nice)
- £1,300/month, excluding bills
- 6 months let (longer-term preferred)
- A calm, clean, well-loved space with a full kitchen (open to unfurnished space)
- Ideally, East London/North East London (flexible)

A bit about me:

I’m a mid-30s HR/People Ops professional from NY, working full-time in a fully remote role. I recently completed my MA at the University of Westminster. Moving back to London from NYC.

I’m quiet, extremely tidy, and very respectful of my space. I treat homes like they’re my own. Outside of work, I enjoy cooking, caring for plants, and slow evenings in. I’m also an experienced pet sitter (happy to share Rover / TrustedHousesitters profiles), so if you have a pet who needs a calm presence, I’d be genuinely glad to help.

I’m hoping to find a situation where care, trust, and mutual respect matter as much as price. If you have a space or know someone who does, I’d be very grateful to connect.
