Hello all….my name is Susan and I’m on the hunt for a simple Pine Plains-ish summer rental. I’d prefer this area — but all of Dutchess County and southern Columbia locations would also work. Ideally I need a place from June through mid September for me and my very sweet dog Manuka.

Because of the nature of my work my one requirement is access to a modem with high-speed internet service (no starlink). Aside from this, I’d be delighted with a private apartment, studio, or shabby-chic shack — but would also consider a private room rental.

About us:
We are middle-aged ladies — one human, one canine. My polo video business has me traveling with the polo seasons year round, from Mashomack to Aiken to Florida. This will be our 11th consecutive summer in the Hudson Valley. We are clean, quiet, respectful, and environmentally minded. We travel light, with minimal possessions, but will definitely consider an unfurnished space. Manuka is a 13 year-old 40 lb. cattle dog mix. She has perfect manners and is always with me. We spend many hours during the summer either at polo games or walking the gorgeous Hudson Valley trails.
