Hi!

I’m looking for an unfurnished / lightly furnished month-to-month rental beginning April 1. My budget is around $1500/month, and I’m open to either a private room or full apartment.

I’m in the process of transitioning out of NY and need a calm place while I wrap up some logistics and next steps. I don’t have a car (yet), so I'm looking for a walkable/bikeable area. I’m open to the Hudson Valley (currently in Kingston - prefer to stay here!) But also open to Beacon, Poughkeepsie, anywhere on the Hudson Metronorth line) or the Rockaways. Ideally, I'm looking for a private set up or to share space with only one other person in a place that's spacious, quiet, has good light, and a courtyard facing bedroom.

I’m quiet, clean, and will mostly be focused on writing and online projects during this time. Happy to share references or hop on a FaceTime call.
