Great semi-private studio available in our space. 200 sq ft of working space and a large storage loft with lots of storage. The ceilings are 13 ft. high and it has painted hardwood floors. This is a built out space with four walls and a door but the walls do not go all the way to the ceiling.

This is a quiet, productive space. The other artists in the space are kind and respectful. Most people are on very different schedules, people mostly are there alone, occasionally with one or two other people. There is a kitchen area with a fridge, microwave, water heater, and we get spring water delivered.

The building has 24 hr access, passenger and freight elevator, and a slop sink in the hallway. It is located in Bedstuy on the corner of Park ave and Nostrand. (544 Park Ave)

Two blocks away from Home Depot and a ten minute walk to Pratt and Utrecht.
