We have a small furnished area in our architecture office available to sublet. While the space is open plan, the two desks are separated from our team by a 12-person conference table and meeting area. The office, located on the 24th floor of a doorman building in the Financial District, offers ample light, great views, and typical building amenities. The office itself features a small enclosed kitchenette and conference room, and a private terrace for limited use. It's a quiet and respectful space, which we'd love to share with other creatives or design professionals, but are very open to other fields!
