Subletting my large, quiet, light-filled 1 bedroom apartment in Central Harlem

Sept 16- Oct 2.

$2000 for the period (16 nights), inclusive of utilities.

May consider a shorter stay, minimum 1 week @ $150/night. Priority for full period.

Seeking one person, single occupancy only (sorry no exceptions to maintain my small buildings dynamic), quiet, clean, and respectful who can remember to water my plants.

No smoking.

No pets.

Very quiet and clean brownstone with awesome neighbors (only two other apts), great block association in an amazing vibrant neighborhood and community, very well located in central Harlem on 132nd St. near St Nicholas Park and City College. 20 min walk to Columbia.

Short walk to the subways, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Apollo Theatre, Studio Museum, multitude of cultural institutions all around.

20-30ish mins downtown to W4.

Top floor, two flights up, no elevator, floor-though.

12 ft ceilings in living room I use partially as studio space.

Beautiful early morning and afternoon light with southern and northern exposures. Gets a great cross breeze on perfect summer days like this week. A/C throughout but generally not needed.

Bedroom faces the back garden so is very quiet (people often ask if i'm out of the city on zoom calls lol).
