On a brownstone lined block with friendly neighbors, my apartment faces the inside of the block and is very calm and quiet. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and there are new appliances throughout (in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air conditioning, Sonos sound system.) It is also dog-friendly to well behaved pups! Looking for a respectful, clean person or couple to enjoy holidays and New Years while I visit family of of town.
