gorgeous high ceilings, exposed brick, open floor plan, natural wood finishings, dishwasher, washing machine, waterfall shower, and 5 ft European style tilted windows that fill the space with gorgeous light and air.

I'm on the top level of a brownstone on a wide, one way block.

It's a minimal traffic home, with the landlords (a family) downstairs, so I'm leaning toward someone with a low-key lifestyle. No smoking or pets allowed.
