Hi, I'm working out of town soon and looking to sublet my 2-floor apartment. Dates slightly flexible- write to me with your dates! There is a chance availability extends to the week of January 26th, and for those looking ahead I have availability from the last week of February through the first half of March.

The apartment is large, comprising two floors (parlor and 2nd) of a narrow type of brownstone (built 1920). Private entry and only one other neighbor in the building. The apartment sleeps 2 or 3, including a queen sized Tuft & Needle bed and a large couch. Skylights, one full bathroom with tub, two empty closets with built in shelving and hanging space, a large living area, secondary upstairs room/ office, dining nook, and a galley kitchen (with new range, dishwasher and stand mixer) are among the amenities. Kitchen is stocked with a mix cookware but it does feature 3 separate ways to make pourover coffee.

Rent includes WiFi and utilities.

Location is in the heart of Bed-Stuy on a quiet residential block around the corner from Sincerely Tommy and Dear Friend books, walkable to many restaurants, Herbert von King park, and transit.

$150 cleaning fee, space will be cleaned professionally before handoff. A higher deposit will be requested if you're bringing a pet.
