My sweet little apartment has everything you could want for a lovely Fall by the ocean. It's in a charming, quiet community with a picket fence and blooming white roses. The perfect spot for working from home, taking a writer's retreat or a much needed vacation to reset your spirit.

A 2-min walk from the local Palisades Park with a perfect sunset view, a 5-10-min direct walk to the water, and 5-10-min walk to the stores, coffee shops, Whole Foods, Aero theater, and top-notch restaurants on Montana Avenue. Erewhon and all that Venice holds are a short 10-minute drive away. If you don't have a car, the area is incredibly walkable and Waymo or ubers are incredibly easy to get. There is also a new metro line that runs directly from Santa Monica to LAX.

A compact, but sunlit and open space, my corner unit is ideal. There is a wall of windows to let in as much natural light as you desire. Decorated with simple, elegant furnishings, it holds all you need with a washer and dryer in unit, dishwasher, AC/heater, and brand new appliances.

This is my sanctuary and will hold my belongings while I'm away, so I'm looking for a similar soul who will savor its beauty, respect the space, and enjoy the dream location while I'm away.
