Cozy kitchen with gas stove, sunny garden views, dishwasher, and adjoining laundry room (washer & dryer). Breville coffee machine with integrated grinder. Fridge with intergrated water filter and icemaker.

The house is fully furnished, and cabinets are cleared for tenants’ use. Bedding, kitchen essentials, and useful items such as an iron, ironing board, and blow dryer are provided.

The home sits on a mostly flat lot atop Mount Washington, with both a quiet front yard and backyard.
