Set back on a quiet road, just 1hr north of NYC, this home boasts an open plan, spacious living space, chef's kitchen, fireplace, high speed internet, Sonos sound system and views for days.

The garden path leads to your own private dock on a tranquil lake for sunsets and smores.

This is a beautiful 3 bedroom home. The primary on the upper floor is a king bed with panoramic views of the lake, The two downstairs bedrooms are both queens and all bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. There's a crib in the 3rd bedroom (see pics) and a twin daybed in the downstairs living area. There is also an additional bathroom upstairs just off the living room for guests.

Moving onto the kitchen - with all the pots, pans, spices, blenders, nutribullets and air fryers that a chef could need. We also have proper knives (we stay in vacation rentals too and know how important that is!). Feel free to message us with any questions if you're planning to cook up a storm.

The living area has a beautiful concrete dining table - fit for at least 10 people. There's a fireplace for cosy winter nights, an LP player, a Sonos sound system and Apple TV with all the major streamers and cable needs. We also have a projector if you're feeling like a home cinema night!

The wrap around patio outside has outdoor seating for 6 and a BBQ grill with gorgeous views of the lake.

There's 1 work from home station in the primary bedroom, and plenty of space for separate work areas if needed.

We want you to love it and enjoy every minute of it. We're super pet friendly (and don't charge extra) and just ask that you pick up after them in the garden and let us know who's coming!

Ideally you're looking for a month long retreat at a truly modern and stylish home in the trees - it's available for the whole of November and open to discussing December also.
