I am going back home for a few weeks and renting out my modern and ultra-comfortable space in a Concierge block with elevators.

125 Court Street, 24/7 Concierge for Amazon and security. This is a luxury managed block right by all the subway stops and neighbourhoods just 10 min bike ride (we right outside it) or subway ride from China Town, Manhattan.

All newly furnished, brand new high quality kitchen, living room, plants, and bedroom. New King sized bed (not shown in pictures).

Luxury towels and linens, double glazed windows, this apartment is comfort, quite, and gorgeous!

65inch screen tv, microwave, dishwasher, and lots of closet space (I will leave most of my things though).

I am looking for someone (clean and respectful to rent while I am away. I am renting at cost price (including utilities). Please look after my plants! :) No shoes, no parties, sorry and thanks :D

Open to renting it for a minimum of 10 days. Deposit required.

Cleaning fee $100. Electricity and aircon is $100.
