Hello!

I’m looking to sublet my one bedroom apartment in Windsor Terrace for the month of July. Three weeks could also be possible from July 1-22nd.

I really enjoy living in this building. I love the area and access to Prospect Park, which is right across the street. The apartment gets beautiful afternoon light and faces the back of the building, so it is quiet. My neighbors are kind and considerate. I really enjoy living here. I moved in two years ago and put a lot of care into the apartment. I am hoping to find someone who is will respect and enjoy the space while I'm out of town! The bedroom is quite large with a king size bed and a desk which is well suited for working from home.

My plants are in the photos, but will be out of the apartment for July. No Pets (sorry!).

The apartment is on the the 3rd Floor. There is an elevator in the building. Laundry is in the basement. There is a mailroom. I don't have a dishwasher. I will have an AC window unit installed in the living room for July 1st.

Rent, including utilities and internet, is 2,200 for the month.
