With lovely natural light, it is located on the top floor of a 5th floor walkup, in a super quiet building. Hardwood floors.
It is clean, fully furnished, (including dishes, kettle, new bedlinen and towels). It is my home, so I am looking to sublet to a person who will care for it, as I do.

Steps from Washington Square, restaurants, shops and public transport galore. 10 minute walk to the East Village, Soho, China Town, Tribeca, Little Italy and Chelsea.

Electricity/Gas, Heat/Hot Water, Wifi included.

Drop off laundry service on the same block.
Organic food store and pharmacy within 1 block.

No Smoking. No Parties. No Pets (I'm allergic).

I'm an avid traveller and celebrate all cultures.
I'm a neat freak, and I like a very clean space.
I don't drink or smoke.
I like to eat out (who wouldn't...it's NYC). However, I love to return home to the peace and quiet. I work long hours, so 'm usually asleep by 10pm. And yet, here I am living in noisy, electric New York City! And I wouldn't have it any other way. This is my home.
