We are looking for one or two nice humans to sublet our beloved apartment in December and January, while we travel. The dates are flexible but we'd love you to stay for at least a week.

We offer two dates:

Dec 12th - Dec 28th 2025

Jan 10th - Feb 10th 2026

It's a spacious and light-filled two bed room apartment, beautifully designed by an architect and furnished by us - a set designer with an affinity for anything Scandinavian and an artist and photographer, always on the hunt for interesting vintage pieces - our very special oasis. Very cozy get-away for the colder months and fully equipped with everything you need (dishwasher, laundry machine, amazing Rancilio Espresso machine...) - also comes with a terrace and a garden with a bbq.

We are looking for someone who is very mind- and respectful of this space as we put a lot of heart in it and it is our home. We'd also love someone who loves plants as much as we do and is okay with watering them while here.

We are an artist couple, originally from Berlin and love the neighbourhood - it's the perfect mix of calm and full of live with lovely neighbours, a park not too far and many cute coffeeshops, restaurants and bars. Plus amazing neighbours and a great community.

About This Lister

We're an artist couple with a love for good design and great community. T is a photographer and visual artist and M is a set designer. We love spending time exploring the city and meeting up with friends, but also at home, cooking, watching movies or building things. We're big friends of hosting and love being part of the great community in Bed-Stuy. We both travel a lot and have always had great experiences with Listings Project, meeting like-minded people and sharing homes.
