I'm looking for someone to share my studio, split evenly for $750 each plus utilities (they're not that much). Big window, good light, 12 foot ceilings. I'm mostly there on weekends, some nights, and more rarely days during the week. I can build a wall in the middle of the space if you’d like, or we can keep it open (I'd prefer open). I'm open to most sharing with artists working in most media, but nothing super toxic or very dusty (light wood work is fine, painters are fine, etc). The space is in a large commercial building with a lot of music studios, some artists, designers, etc. It’s located right on the border of downtown Brooklyn/Dumbo/Navy Yards, close to a ton of public transportation.
