I have a one bedroom apartment in Prospect Heights and I'm never there. I would like to find a group of people who would may only need a space part of the time to share it with me.

The rent is $2400 max per month - everything included - Howevever since we are spending different weeks there it can be a lot less. Accordingly, you must have another place you can live in the city or elsewhere for this to work.

It's a one bedroom apartment - 3rd story of a 16 unit building. I have been there for over 16 years. There's roof access and nice people there.

It's not fancy - but its quiet and a bit artsy inside. We like it!
