Beautiful, big white box space off of the Morgan L in a quiet industrial building. I am looking to sublet half of this space for the remainder of the lease. I would love to split it in half evenly, perhaps even with a curtain for added privacy, if you'd like!

A little about me; I am super friendly, warm and generous with my time, advice, and support. I am a great communicator and extremely respectful. I am a painter and a childcare provider, and I have been doing this in NYC for the past 12+ years, so I've got a pretty good system down! I love working with other artists, but I am also happy to share this space with anyone else who is respectful and good people :)

I am a friendly and fun painter. I keep the toxic stuff out of the studio! I keep a little rose bush in the studio, and I like to be in shop about 3 days per week.

I attend lots of art events and have been obsessed with art my entire life. I am an audiophile and cinema buff! I have two kitties, used to rescue cats off the street, and I love biking and gardening and working with little artist kiddos. During the summer, I will be the art director at a camp upstate!
