We’re located in a beautiful 19th century loft building with sweeping Manhattan and East River views. There are 4 large L-shaped desks with plenty of space between each one. At the back is a kitchenette area with fridge, toaster oven and microwave. At the front is a large communal area that can be used for the occasional small photo shoot or to relax on the couch and enjoy the skyline views. Just around the corner are numerous charming lunch and dinner spots. Transmitter Park is located a block away.

The space would be perfect for a designer, architect, writer, illustrator, photographer etc. who appreciates a clean and tranquil work environment.
