We are looking for a third person to share our light filled space in the TI Art Studio building.

Ideally you’d be someone who uses the space weeknights and weekends, but we are open to other schedules if the fit is right. We are also open to creative solutions for space division.

This is a private ~350 square foot studio with a wall of windows, AC, WiFi, slop sink and fridge. The facility includes vending machines, extra slop sinks, a spray booth, and two freight elevators.

We are both artists using various “traditional” materials including oil paint, drawing materials and water based paints and pigments. We use the space primarily in the weekday mornings/afternoons.

Conveniently located on the border of Carroll Gardens, Red Hook and Gowanus in an elevator building with parking (not 24 hours) and 24 hour access to the studio.
