2 large bedrooms: one with a UK king/US queen bed and one with a single trundle bed that can be converted into a double bed. 1 full bathroom upstairs with the bedrooms and one half bathroom on the first floor. Please note there is a very small bedroom upstairs currently used as an office which you will not have access to (it will be used for storage).

Fully furnished, all utilities (plus regular cleaning) included. Must provide references + security deposit.

Available from July-December, not open to shorter sublets but can be flexible on the dates.

We are expats from the US and Aus who own this space which is our home. We are taking a 6 month sabbatical to travel and are looking for reliable tenants who can make great use of our little London oasis while we're gone.
