I use the main west-facing BR as my office, which has a Room and Board convertible queen couch with very comfortable blow-up mattress. I sleep in the "office" alcove the building constructed off the living room.

Building on quiet street (I'm on the quiet 119St. side) with nice neighbors. Pet-friendly, 24-hour concierge, elevator. Close to stores and transportation (local 6 at 116/Lex and express 4/5 at 125/Lex), El Barrio Latin and MX restaurants, andWest Harlem restaurants - quick walk to Lenox Restaurant Row. Close to Marcus Garvey Park, Thomas Jefferson Park, Randalls Island, as well as top of Central Park.
